摘　　要：目的:观察脑卒中后抑郁辨证施护的临床效果。方法:选取35例卒中后抑郁的患者,采用辨证施护的护理方法。结果:临床治愈8例,显效12例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率85.71%。结论:中医辨证施护对脑卒中后抑郁有较好的效果。Objective： To observe the effect of nursing by differentiating signs on post-stroke depression. Methods： 35cases of post-stroke depression were cared by differentiating signs. Results： 8cases were clinically cured, 12cases were markedly effective, 10cases were effective and 5cases were ineffective, with a total efficacy rate was 85.71%. Conclusion： Nursing by differentiating signs on post-stroke depression has a better effect.
