摘 要:陶瓷结合剂被广泛应用于金刚石磨料磨具的生产。制备了一组低温高强SiO2-B2O3-Al2O3-CaO-Na2O陶瓷结合剂。通过XRD、DSC、力学测试仪、热膨胀仪以及SEM等方法测试分析了陶瓷结合剂的结构与性能。结果表明,1^#至3^#组陶瓷结合剂的最佳烧结温度分别为720℃、700℃以及680℃,同时该组陶瓷结合剂平均抗折强度可达110MPa左右,热膨胀系数约为6.80×10^-6~7.0×10^-6℃^-1等。同时分析讨论了SiO2与B2O3相对含量的变化对该陶瓷结合剂结构与性能的影响。Vitrified bond are widely applied in production of diamond grinding wheels. The low sintering temperature and high strength SiO2-B2 O3-Al2 O3-CaO-Na2 O vitrified bond was prepared by melting and water quenching method. The structure and properties of vitrified bond were analyzed by XRD, DSC, mechanical properties tester, thermal dilatometer and SEM, etc. The experimental results indicate that the optimal sintering temperatures of 1^# to 3^# vitrified bond were 720 ℃, 700 ℃ and 680 ℃. The bending strength of the vitrified bonds approximated 110 MPa, and the ther- mal expansion coefficients of the vitrified bonds were 6. 80 × 10^-6 ~7. 0 × 10^-6 ℃^-1, etc. The influence of the relative content of SiO2 and B2O3 on the structures and properties of vitrified bond was also analyzed.
