摘　　要：研究数字化变电站面向通用对象的变电站事件(generic object oriented substation event,GOOSE)报文传输及通信状态判断机制,提出应用二维表解决GOOSE通信链路监测手段匮乏、不够直观等问题的方法,实现数字化变电站保护、测控、故障录波器、智能汇控柜等装置的GOOSE通信链路可视化监测。阐述了实际220 kV数字化变电站工程中的应用方案,为站内智能电子设备通信状态监测提供有效技术手段。Judgement mechanism for generic object oriented substation event message transmission and communication state of digital substation was studied and two dimensional table was proposed to solve problems such as deficiency and non-intui-tion of monitoring method for GOOSE communication links in order to realize visual monitoring on GOOSE communication links of devices including protection,observe and control,fault recorder and intelligent control cabinet of the digital substa-tion. Application scheme in practical 220 kV substation engineering was stated which might provide effective technical means for communication state monitoring on intelligent electronic equipments in the substation.
