摘 要:针对110 kV以上电压等级隔离开关电触头易发热的现象,以具有代表性的GW4A-126型高压隔离开关为对象,研究电触头的温度特性。在简化电触头结构后,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立触指部分的三维模型,在不同接触电阻、接触面积和负载电流的条件下对模型施加载荷,根据得到的温度场分析触指最高温度的变化情况。仿真结果表明:接触压力、接触电阻、接触面积、负载电流和触点材料是影响电触头温度的主要因素;接触电阻和负载电流越大,电触头温升幅度越明显;增大接触面积可以提高电触头的热稳定性。Aiming at phenomenon of electric contact of above 1 1 0 kV voltage level disconnecting switch easy to heat,tem-perature characteristic of the electric contact was studied by means of regarding typical GW4A-1 26 typed high voltage dis-connecting switch as research object. After simplifying structure of the electric contact,finite element analysis software AN-SYS was applied to build a 3D model for the contact finger part. Under various conditions such as different contact resist-ance,contact area and load current,the model was imposed on by calculated loads. According to obtained temperature field,changes of highest temperature of the contact finger were analyzed. Simulation results indicated that contact pressure, contact resistance,contact area,load current and contact materials were main factors affecting temperature of the contact. Meanwhile,the contact resistance and load current was bigger,temperature rise of the electric contact was more obvious. In addition,it was able to improve heat stability of the electric contact by increasing contact area.
