摘 要:为探讨锌肥对水分逆境下玉米产量形成的影响,以郑单958为材料,研究了不同水分条件(正常供水,干旱胁迫、淹水胁迫)下,施用锌肥对玉米的叶面积、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、干物质积累及转运、植株锌含量及产量的影响.结果表明,水分逆境条件下,施用适量锌肥,可以增加玉米叶面积和叶绿素含量,提高净光合速率,增加单株干物质总量和各器官干物质积累量,促进干物质向子粒转运,增强抗逆性,增加产量.在不同水分条件下,施用锌肥可增加玉米叶片及子粒含锌量.In order to clarify the effects of zinc fertilizer on yield formation of maize under water stres- ses, we used Zhengdan 958 as experimental materials and investigated the effects of zinc fertilizer on leaf area index, chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate (Pn) , dry matter accumulation and trans- location, zinc content in leaves and kernels, yield of maize under different water stresses. The results showed that under water stresses, adequate zinc fertilizer application could increase leaf area index and chlorophyll content, enhance net photosynthetic rate, increase dry matter accumulation and transloca- tion to grains, and enhance water stress resistance and yield of maize. Zinc fertilizer application can increase zinc content in maize leaves and grains under different water stresses.
