摘 要:对增压柴油机燃用FAME-柴油混合燃料进行了燃烧动力性的试验研究.结果表明,随着FAME含量的增加,燃烧始点提前,缸内平均压力和平均温度都升高.在燃烧后期,BD100的缸内温度最低;中低负荷时,随着FAME含量增加,耗油率稍有增加,热效率有所降低,对于FAME含量小于40%的混合燃料与BD0相比,有效耗油率平均升高了1.03%,有效热效率降低了0.5%;HC,CO和PM的平均排放及平均烟度值分别降低了20%,35%和73%,47%,而NOX的排放量增加了3%.In this paper, experimental study on FAME-diesel blends used in turbocharged diesel en- gine had been done. Results showed that the starting point of combustion generated in advance with the increase of FAME content, and the average pressure and average temperature in cylinder were rising. The cylinder average temperature in BD100 was the lowest in the late period of combustion. At the cir- cumstance of low load, fuel consumption increased slightly with the FAME content increasing, but the thermal efficiency decreased. When the FAME content was less than 40% , compared with BD0, the average increasing rate of fuel consumption was 1. 03% , and that of thermal efficiency was only 0.5%. Emissions of smoke intensity, HC, CO and PM were reduced on average by 47% , 20% , 15% and 23% respectively, while the NOn emissions increased by 3%.
