摘  要:为了解决注塑模具电极的快速编程问题,提出了一种基于知识库事例推理的方法。该方法依据电极的加工特征,对电极进行分类,编制典型电极的加工工艺,编写相应电极的加工程序,构建基于知识库事例推理的模具电极编程知识库。结合NX软件,应用API、Menu Script和Block UI style等二次开发技术,构建模具电极快速智能编程系统,改变了传统的电极编程方式,实现了电极的快速智能编程,并通过实例验证了该方法的可行性。To solve the quick NC programming problem in injection mould electrodes, a Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) method based on knowledge database was proposed. After the electrodes were classified according to the processing characteristics of in- jection mold electrode, the typical machining processes were planned, NC programs were finished, and finally the electrode NC programming knowledge database of CBR method was developed. The electrode programming system was designed by combining API, MenuScript and Block UI style technologies in NX environment. The feasibility of the method was verified by practical electrode ,as a result,the traditional electrode programming approaches were improved, and the fast intelligent NC programming was fulfilled.
