摘 要:以整体立铣刀为研究对象,在UG设计平台上利用其二次开发工具(菜单定制模块、用户接口模式、UG开放式应用接口)构建系统框架,基于开放式数据库互联模式,并结合数据库系统开发技术创建标准参数库与UG之间的数据传递功能,在微软VC++平台上实现了整体立铣刀参数化建模专用模块的开发。实现了基于端面截形和螺旋线方程的模型建立。在利用本模块设计整体立铣刀时,用户既可以根据自身情况设定任意合理的参数,又可以通过标准数据库接口选择符合国家标准的参数,为深入研究立铣刀的强度、加工变形、加工动力学及切削参数优化提供了强有力的工具。UG was taken as the designing platform, and its re-development tools, such as MenuScript, UIStyler and UG/Open API were used to build up the frame of the system. Thus, the connection between UG and the exterior procedure was established. The development technology of database system based on Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) on the platform of VC + + was imported to realize the function of data transmission between the standard database and UG. The development of the specialized module on the parametric modeling of integer vertical mill was established. When using this module to design the integer vertical mill, users could both set any reasonable parameter according to their own situation and choose the national-standard parameter through standard database interface. An extremely effective instrument for deep study on the strength, manufacturing deformation, dynamics and optimized cutting parameters of vertical mill is provided.
