摘  要:分析了左后拖钩固定板的成形特点,采用精密级进模冲压生产。介绍了制件排样设计、模具结构设计及模具关键零/部件设计。模具采用自动送料机构作粗定位、导正销精定位及2种浮料装置,保证了送料精度。采用阶梯冲裁,降低了冲载力。凸、凹模镶块材料选用DC53,提高模具寿命和减少加工工序。模具已投入批量生产,实践表明,模具结构合理、操作方便,满足了零件批量大、高效、优质的生产要求。Analyzed the technological characteristics of the left rear clevis joint fixing plate, used the precise progressive die to produce. It introduced the design of the part layout, the die structure and the key components. The progressive die applied the automatic feeding 'mechanism to coarse positioning, accurate positioning by pilot pin and two types of floating material device to guaranteed the precision. Applied step punching to reduce punching force. Insert material of punch and female die used DC53,improved die life and reduce machining operation. The die was using in the mass production, the practice shows that the die' s structure is reasonable, convenient operation, it meets the production desire of mass production, efficient and good quality.
