摘  要:目的考察注射用盐酸头孢甲肟与果糖注射液、转化糖注射液、转化糖电解质注射液、木糖醇注射液和木糖醇氯化钠注射液配伍的稳定性。方法模拟临床用药浓度,在室温(25±1)℃下放置6 h,观察配伍液外观、微粒数量及p H变化,并用高效液相色谱法测定配伍液中头孢甲肟的含量变化。结果头孢甲肟与5种输液配伍后在6 h内外观、p H和含量均无显著变化,微粒数量符合要求。结论 5种输液与头孢甲肟配伍稳定,均可作为头孢甲肟的溶媒使用。Objective To study the stability of cefmenoxime hydrochloride for injection after mixing with fructose injection, invert sugar injection, invert sugar electrolyte injection, xylitol injection, or xylitol and sodium chloride injection. Methods The physical appearance, quantity of particles and pH were observed at room temperature after mixing cefmenoxime hydrochloride with each of above injections for 6 hours at concentrations simulated in clinical use. The content of cefmenoxime was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results There was no significant difference in appearance, pH or cefmenoxime content after mixing 5 kinds of infusions for 6 hours, and the quantity of particles met the requirement. Conclusion Cefmenoxime is stable when dissolved in all 5 kinds of infusions.
