摘 要:针对我国大部分联合收获机的噪声值高于国家标准限值的现状,运用声强法和分别运行法对江苏锐龙4 LZ-5.0 E型履带式联合收获机进行噪声源识别,测试不同工况下驾驶员的耳旁噪声。通过声强云图的分析,识别出该联合收获机的主要噪声源;通过对各部件噪声能量的比较,确定各主要工作部件对驾驶员耳旁噪声的贡献量。结果表明:发动机的贡献量为30.2%,输送槽的贡献量为26.9%,割台的贡献量为10.1%,可为联合收获机的噪声控制提供有效的参考依据。Now the noise of our country combine harvesters omnipresent higher than the national standard rules , Ruilong 4 LZ-5 .0 E type tracked combine harvester was chosen as experimental prototype , the method of sound intensity measure-ment was used to measure its main noise sources , and the method of noise sources separation was used to test the opera-tor’ s ear noise under the different working conditions .Through the analysis of the sound intensity cloud images ,the main noise sources were idendified ,by comparing the energy of the different working parts noise to obtain the contribution of main working parts for the driver's ear noise the contribution of engine was 30.2%,the contribution of conveying shute was 26.9% and the contribution of reaping section was 10.1%.The results were sure to provide effective reference frames for controlling the noise of the combine harvesters .
