高校中国传统武术文化育人的实践研究——以深圳职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、归纳法、教学实践法,阐释了中国传统武术文化的内涵及武术文化育人的意义,分析了目前中国高校武术课程在文化育人方面存在的问题,探索中国传统武术文化的教育教学方法及育人途径.并以深圳职业技术学院为例,在教学实践中进行资源共享课建设、重置武术教学内容、扩大社团规模延展武术文化育人课堂、举办各种中国武术文化讲座及技艺交流活动等实践与研究,实现课程建设与文化育人理念相融合,形成课内外一体化的武术文化育人体系.旨在高校传统武术文化育人中为全面提升大学生素质提供切实可行的方案,为同类院校武术文化育人的教学改革提供借鉴经验.Based on literature review, induction and teaching practice, this paper focuses on the content of Chinese traditional Wushu and its cultural background covering aspects such as prevalent problems and teaching methods. Approaches taken in Shenzhen Polytechnic in teaching this course are dealt with including presenting i-course, redesigning the teaching contents, founding Wushu clubs, and offering lectures on Wushu culture and exchange programs. All these measures integrate course development with the idea of cultural education, and form a system giving equal importance to classroom instruction and extra-curriculum activities, aiming to offer a practical solution to promoting the all-round development of students, and offer some thoughts on the cultural approach to teaching Chinese traditional Wushu.
