长春市社区管理问题的分析

摘　　要：在政府的引导与帮助和自身的努力转变下,长春市社区的发展在基础设施建设、现代化管理和管理服务秩序方面取得了较大的突破;但仍然存在管理队伍整体素质低、事务庞杂难解决、自治机制不完善等问题。本文以长春市作为社区管理研究的实例,从社区管理主体、客体与环境三个维度探讨分析了其管理过程中存在的问题及原因,从而为社区管理实践发展提供借鉴。With the guidance and help of the government and the transformation of our efforts, the community development of Chang-chun City has made great breakthroughs in infrastructure construction, modern management and management service order. However, there are still problems such as the low overall quality of management team, complex business difficult to solve and unperfected autono-mous mechanism, etc. This paper selects Changchun City as an example, analyzes problems existing in the management process and reasons from three angles of subject, object and environment, so as to provide references for the development of community management practice.
