摘　　要：针对目前刮板输送机用减速器的采用单油腔润滑、输入轴为双圆锥棍滚子轴承和调心磙子轴承支承、冷却系统复杂等结构。使输入的高速端易发热且不好装配。轴承故障率高。通过改进结构,改善了轴承润滑、降低减速器的温升、而且简化了装配。The paper aimed at the broken of planetary carrier phenomenon, improving its reliability by modifying the structure and materials. The model is established in ANSYS-Workbench. Compared before and after the planetary carrier to improve the stress distribution and provide a theoretical reference for improving the design.
