长途转诊危重患者的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨长途转诊危重患者的转诊流程和注意事项,以保证长途转诊的顺利开展。方法回顾分析2010年1月至2013年7月重庆医科大学附属第一医院194例危重患者长途转诊的临床资料。结果除1例在转运途中死亡外,其余均平安到达接诊医院。危重患者的循环、呼吸会受到转诊的影响。结论长途转诊的顺利进行,离不开先进的设备,精湛的医疗技术,急救团队的紧密配合,患者家属的理解支持和集院前急诊-院内急救-急诊重症监护病房在内的急救医疗服务体系的完善。Objective To discuss the referral process and the matters needing attention of long‐distance trans‐portation in critical patients in order to ensure the smooth development of the long‐distance referral .Methods The clinical data of 194 critical patients with long‐distance transportation were retrospectively analyzed .Results Except 1 case of death in transit ,the other cases all arrived in the reception hospitals safely .The circulation and breathing of critical patients were affected by the transportation .Conclusion Smoothly conducting the long‐distance transporta‐tion of the critical patients can not be separated from the advanced equipments ,proficient medical technology ,close coordination of first aid team ,understand and support of patients＆#39;families and perfection of the emergency medical service system（EMSS） including pre‐hospital first‐aid ,in‐hospital emergency treatment and emergency ICU .
