高校档案利用的调查与分析——以肇庆学院档案馆档案利用情况为例

摘　　要：肇庆学院近10年档案利用数据的调查统计表明,高校档案利用呈现出总体利用率偏低、利用类别相对集中、利用群体相对稳定等特点。提高档案服务水平,体现档案信息价值,需要我们提高服务意识,改变传统的服务观念和服务方式,立足本校,服务社会。Analysis of the data of archives utilization in Zhaoqing University in the past ten years shows that the university archives utilization represents the characteristics of low utilization ratio, concentrative utilization categories and stable utilization populations. In order to improve the archives service and make good use of the archives, this paper holds that the awareness of service should be raised and the traditional service concepts and methods should be changed.
