集中连片特困地区农村公共服务供给满意度的实证分析——基于江西省罗霄山区的调研

摘　　要：采用江西省罗霄山区18县(市、区)87个村的526份调查数据,探讨集中连片特殊困难地区农村公共服务供给的满意度问题。根据公共服务的特征将其分成四类,运用李克特五点评分量表法对农村居民满意度及其影响因素进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,农民对公共服务供给总体水平基本满意,供电照明状况的满意度最高,文化娱乐体育设施的满意度最低,农民的文化程度、收入水平、年龄大小对农民的满意度高低和需求层次影响显著。This paper,based on date of 526 surveys from 87 villages in the 18 counties（city,area） of Luoxiao mountainous in Jiangxi province,discusses the problem of rural public service supply satisfaction in the concentrated special poverty areas. Public service will be divided into four categories according to the characteristics It has been with an empirical analysis of the farmers＇ degree of satisfaction and influencing factors will be made by the Likert five-point rating scale method. The research result shows that local farmers are general satisfied with the overall level of public service supply and most with lighting condition and cultural entertainment,and sports facilities are the least. The farmer＇s level of education,income and age has the remarkable affection on satisfaction and demand class.
