摘  要:创新团队作为知识型组织需要知识管理。知识管理对提升创新团队的自主创新能力和竞争力起着十分重要的作用。通过构建知识转移双因素模型,剖析影响知识转移的因素,提出把知识管理纳入创新团队发展战略,塑造与知识管理良好互动的创新团队文化,建立创新团队知识联盟和知识转移评价机制等管理对策。As knowledge-based organizations, innovation teams need knowledge management, which plays a very important role in enhancing the independent innovation capability and competitiveness of innovation teams. By building a two-factor model of knowledge transfer, this article analyzed the factors which can affect knowledge transfer, and proposed some management strategies such as incorporating knowledge management into the development strategies of innovation teams, creating team culture which has a good interaction with knowledge management, working together with other innovation teams and building up evaluation mechanisms of knowledge transfer.
