儒家思想对当代高校毕业生就业的指导意义

摘　　要：作为中国传统文化的优秀代表,儒家思想数千年来在民族文化中积淀,已内化为民族的思想,深深影响着人们的人生观、世界观和价值观。本文通过儒家思想中的"学而优则仕"与"任人唯贤"并用思想、中庸之道、大学之道、"知之为知之,不知为不知"及"和而不同"等思想阐述了儒家思想对当代高校学生思想政治教育和高校大学生择业就业的指导和借鉴意义。As a part of excellent Chinese traditional culture, Confucianism has been internalized into the national thoughts in the past thousands of years of cultural accumulation, and can deeply affect people ＇s views about the world, philosophy and life value. This article illustrates the guiding significance and referential values of Confucianism in the ideological and political education, job-choosing and employment of college graduates. Classic thoughts of Confucianism, involved in the discussion are ＂excellent learning, and a prosperous official career＂, ＂appointment by merits＂, the doctrine of the mean and the doctrine of great learning, ＂if you know a thing, say you know it; if you don＇t know the thing, say you don＇t＂, ＂harmony but not sameness＂, and so on.
