浅析地方高校高层次人才工作的问题及对策

摘　　要：高层次人才是高校发展的第一资源。如何做好高层次人才工作已成为当前地方高校关注的问题。文章阐述和分析了地方高校在高层次人才引进和管理方面遇到的问题,并提出了相应的解决办法。High-level professionals are the most important resources of the university. Local universities have to pay close attention to how to improve their work related to this group of people. This paper analyzed the problems in the introduction and management of high-level talents, and proposed some possible solutions.
