摘　　要：国内外金融租赁理论研究的文献涵盖了对金融租赁本质动因的分析、金融租赁与经济增长关系的研究,金融租赁产业发展及国际比较研究以及金融租赁风险管控等主题。未来金融租赁研究需要建立统一的理论基础和研究范式并强化理论研究对金融租赁现实的解释力。The literature review on financial leasing includes the following topics：the nature of the financial leasing,the financial leasing and economic growth,the development and the international comparison of the financial leasing industry and the risk management.The united theoretical foundation and paradigm,the reality explanation are needed in the future research.
