外军健康管理实施策略与借鉴

摘　　要：分析总结外军军队健康管理的实施策略,借鉴外军在健康管理领域的经验做法,结合我军实际,提出我军健康管理发展的六点建议,即健全组织、重视健康管理战略设计与实施;量化标准、重视健康风险评估与干预;突出重点、重视军人职业和环境健康保护;协同合作、重视依托社会力量;宣传教育、重视专业人才培养;加大投入、重视技术装备研发。This paper analyzes and summarises the implementation strategy of health management in foreign armed forces,and puts forward six suggestions for PLA health management based on the health management experience of foreign armed forces in practice for reference as follows：to perfect organizational system and to strengthen the strategy design and implementation supervision;to standardize the health risks assessment and intervention;to implement occupational and environmental health protection vigorously;to pay close attention to military-civilian integration health service system;to attach importance to talents cultivation,and with more investment to support technical equipment research and development.
