摘　　要：年度林地管理情况检查是国家林业局督促地方依法管理林地的重要手段之一,为维护森林法规的尊严,树立森林资源监管部门的执法权威,增强社会各界对科学管理、合理利用林地政策的理解,守住林地"红线"发挥了重要作用。但随着经济社会的快速发展和城市化进程的加快,违法使用林地、恶意蚕食林地、无序开发林地等现象仍然突出,林地保护的压力日益加大。在建设生态文明和美丽中国的新形势下,要创新工作方法,提高检查效率,进一步发挥林地管理情况检查在林地保护工作中的作用。The annual forest land management inspection is one of the important means of the State Forestry Administration to supervise the local management of forest land in accordance with the law. This measure playing a role for maintaining the dignity of forest laws and regulations, setting up the legal authority of forest resources supervision department, enhancing community understanding of scientific management and rational utilization of forest policy, guarding woodland ＂red line＂. But with the rapid economic and social development, and the accelerated process of urbanization, the phenomena of illegal use of forest land, malicious eating into forest land, disorderly development of forest land are still prominent, the pressure of forest protection is increasing. Under the new situation which is in the construction of ecological civilization and beautiful China, innovating methods of work, improving the efficiency of the inspection, further play the role of forest management＇s inspection in forest protection work.
