建筑工程评标中综合评估法评价指标体系构建研究

摘　　要：建筑工程评标是招投标活动的关键环节,而评标方法又是评标活动的核心。综合评估法在我国建筑工程评标方法中具有较大的优势,是目前适合我国建筑工程评标市场特点,并激励投标者竞争的评标方法。建筑工程综合评估法包括符合性评审、技术评审、商务评审、信用评审四部分评价指标体系,且各项指标的权重不同。Evaluation of construction project is the key link of the bidding activities, and evaluation method is the core of the bid evaluation activities. Comprehensive evaluation method has a great advantage in the evaluation method of construction project in China, which is suitable for the characteristics of the market of evaluation of construction project in China, and encourages the evaluation method of competitive bidders. Comprehensive evaluation method of construction project includes the four parts evaluation index system which is compliance review, technical review, commercial review and credit review, in addition, the weight of each index is different.
