摘 要:生态水工学是在生态保护的大背景下产生和发展起来的新兴交叉学科,是对传统水利工程学的补充和完善。文章系统总结了十多年来生态水工学的主要进展,包括水利水电工程生态影响机理;河流生态修复规划方法;河流健康评估;兼顾生态保护的水库调度方法以及河流生态状况定量评价方法等。文章对生态水工学发展进行了展望,列举了包括水电资源开发程度战略研究,建立多种压力-响应生态模型,洄游鱼类保护技术,改善水库调度方法以及技术整合研发等若干学科发展前沿问题。Eco-hydraulic engineering is a new cross-discipline produced and developed in the background of ecological protection, which is a supplement and improvement to the traditional hydraulic engineering. This paper summarized the main progress of eco-hydraulic engineering for past decade,including the mechanism of hydraulic and hydropower project ecological impact,the river restoration planning method,the river health assessment, and reservoir operation considering ecological conservation and quantitative evaluation method of river ecological status. This paper made a prospect for the development of eco-hydraulic engineering, putting forward several academic frontier problems such as strategic research of hydropower resources development level, establishment of various pressure-response ecological models, migration fish protection technology,improving the reservoir operation method and research and development of technology integration.
