摘 要:目的了解南通市区初中生伤害相关行为现状,为进一步干预提供依据。方法分层随机抽取南通市区5所初中学校共1 019名学生,进行伤害相关行为问卷调查,并对性别和年级报告率进行组间比较。结果经常步行违规的学生占4.71%;曾在不安全场所游泳的占8.73%,出现溺水情况的占2.26%;经常打架(6次以上)的占3.44%,打架受伤的占6.67%,经常被恶意取笑的占6.28%;有自杀意念、计划和自杀未遂的占22.08%,出现离家出走和相关意念的占19.33%;因学习压力大而心情郁闷的高达86.56%,因担心某事而失眠的占54.17%;跌倒受伤的占33.07%,物体砸伤或碰伤的占17.66%,骨折或关节脱臼的占6.48%,火灾烧伤或烫伤的占4.81%,自我伤害受伤占4.51%。结论南通市初中生伤害相关行为主要表现在交通行为和不良情绪方面,不同性别和不同年级之间伤害行为的发生情况存在差异。Objective To investigate injury and associated factors among urban junior middle school students and to pro- vide reference for further preventive strategy. Methods The random stratified cluster sampling anonymous questionnaire survey was carried out in 5 junior middle schools and 1 019 students were selected. All the data were analyzed according to gender and grade, and chi-square test was used. Results Traffic violation behavior accounted for 4.71%, swimming in unsafe location ac- counted for 8.73%, drowning accounted for 2.26%, frequently fighting accounted for 3.44%, injured in fighting accounted for 6.67%, being maliciously ridiculed accounted for 6.28%, having suicide idea and attempting suicide accounted for 22.08%, run- ning away from home or having related idea accounted for 19.33%, being depressed by high academic pressure accoumed for 86.56%, insomnia for worrying accounted for 54. 17%, injury causedby falling down accounted for 33.07%, injury caused by crash accounted for 17.66%, fire bum or scald accounted for 4.81%, self-injury accounted for 4.51%, fracture or dislocation ac- counted for 6, 48 % burns and scalds accounted for 4.81%, self-injuries accounted for 4.51%. Conclusion Traffic-related inju- ries are the main types of injury in junior middle school students. Psychological distress is also risk factor for injury. The obvious differences of injury in gender and grade need further investigation.
