摘　　要：中亚五国一直是新疆的第一大贸易伙伴,加快培育面向中亚的外向型产业集群是建设丝绸之路经济带核心区的内生动力和现实途径。文章利用德尔菲法得出石油化学工业、农副食品加工业、纺织业、机电装备制造业、新型建材业等五大产业是外向型产业集群优先发展领域,三大核心城市群、各级开发区和沿边口岸是外向型产业集群优先发展区域。The five Central Asian republics has been Xinjiang's largest trading partner since 1991.Promoting the cultivation of export-oriented industrial clusters toward Central Asia is endogenous driving force and realistic way for the construction of core region of the Silk Road Economic Belt.This paper concludes that Petroleum chemical industry,Agro food processing industry,Textile industry,Mechanical and electrical equipment manufacturing,New building materials industry are development priorities of export-oriented industrial cluster.Three core cities group,all levels development zones and frontier ports are priority development regions of export-oriented industry cluster.
