双针床经编绒类织物生产设备与工艺特点

摘　　要：国产双针床拉舍尔经编机可分为高速型和低速型两种类型,分别从成圈机件配置、梳栉和脱圈板的配合及成圈过程3方面对它们进行介绍。同时从垫纱、链块排列、针背横移3方面阐述这两种机型编织时各自的工艺特点,并列举出常用的工艺。最后对不同机型生产毛绒产品的用途进行归类,指出高速型双针床经编机由于脱圈板之间的距离比较大,适合生产中长型毛绒产品;低速型双针床经编机主要用于生产短毛绒产品,对纱线质量要求低,原料适用性广。Domestic double needle bed raschel machine can be divided into two types,high-speed and low-speed, which are introduced from the three aspects including knitting elements arrangements, matching between guide bars and knocking-over bars and the loop forming process. Then the paper presents the knitting technological characteristics of the two types of machines in terms of three aspects including lapping movements, chain blocks arrangement and back shogging movement, and outlines the commonly used technology. Finally, the article classifies the different uses of products knitted on different machines, and points out that the high-speed type double needle bed warp knitting machine is suitable for production of intermediate and long plush products due to the longer dis_tance between knocking-over bars, and Low-type double needle bed warp knitting machine is mainly used for the production of short plush products, which has low requirements on yarn quality and types of raw materials.
