毛腈混纺毛毯的开发与生产工艺

摘　　要：介绍了毛腈混纺单双层拉舍尔剪花毛毯的开发,并阐述了生产工艺。详尽分析了阳离子染料在毛腈纶混纺毛毯印花工艺中的应用,并优选出阳离子染料最佳三原色组合。阐述了毛腈混纺毛毯在蒸化、水洗、拉幅、整理、裁剪与剪花时工艺关键点以及注意事项。结果表明,采用阳离子染料对毛腈混纺拉舍尔剪花毛毯进行印花,实现了高质量、高效、低成本的最佳整理;毛腈混纺毛毯具有良好的耐日晒色牢度,保暖性、透气性好,防毡缩性和耐水洗性得以提高。Wool and acrylic blended single and double layer raschel cut flower blanket was introduced, and the production process was expounded. The application of cationic dyes in printing process of wool and acrylic blended blanket was analyzed in detail, and the optimal three-primary colours combination of cationic dyes was selected. The process keys and precautions of wool and acrylic blended blanket in the process of steaming, washing, enter_ing, finishing, cutting and carving were expounded. The results show that the printing of wool and acrylic blended layer raschel cut flower blankets by cationic dyes realizes the best finishing with high quality, high efficient and low cost; the color fastness to sunlight, warmth and air permeability of wool and acrylic blended fabric is good, and the anti-felting property and fastness to washing of fabric increases.
