摘 要:分析GB/T 2910—1982中的氢氧化钠法和GB/T 2910.4—2009中的次氯酸钠法对羊毛木棉混纺产品进行定量的不足之处。受标准FZ/T 01048—1997的启发,选用硫酸对羊毛木棉混纺产品进行定量分析,利用正交试验和极差分析确定出最优试验方案:硫酸浓度75%,处理温度40℃,振荡频率150 r/min,时间45 min。通过进一步试验,确定出最优处理工艺条件下羊毛的质量修正系数d值为0.985,然后用不同混纺比的羊毛木棉混纺产品对试验方案进行验证。结果表明:木棉完全溶解且对羊毛的损伤小;实测值与理论混纺比的绝对误差小于1%,溶解方案可行。Limitations are analyzed to sodium-hydroxide method in GB/T 2910—1982 and sodium-hypochlorite process in GB/T 2910.4—2009 in quantitative analysis of wool/kapok. Illuminated by the standard FZ/T 01048—1997, the quantitative analysis of wool/kapok blended product is made with sulphuric acid in this paper. The opti_mized technology is determined by orthogonal test and range analysis: sulfuric acid concentration is 75%, treatment temperature is 40 ℃, oscillator frequency is 150 r/min, the time is 45 minutes. The modified mass coefficient of wool fiber d is 0.985. Confirmatory tests are carried out to wool and kapok blended products with different blended ratios. The results show that kapok fiber will be dissolved completely with lower damage to wool fiber; Absolute er_ror between a measured value and a theoretical value is less than 1%. The optimum dissolve technology of wool and kapok blended product is feasible.
