摘　　要：基于正交设计方法,采用硫酸铝、三乙醇胺、氟化钠、亚硝酸钙等原材料成功研制出一种低碱液体速凝剂。该速凝剂初凝时间为2 min40 s,终凝时间5 min40 s,28 d抗压强度比为93.8%,各项指标均满足JC 477—2005《喷射混凝土用速凝剂》中一等品的要求,且具有较好的适应性。最后,采用XRD测试方法,揭示了低碱速凝剂的促凝机理。Based on orthogonal design method,a low alkali liquid flash setting admixture is successfully invented by using aluminum sulfate,triethanolamine,sodium fluoride,calcium nitrite materials.The initial setting time of the flash setting admixtures is 2 min40 s ,and the final setting time is 5 min40 s,28 day compressive strength ratio is 93.8%.Each index is satisfied with the first-class product require-ments in“Flash setting admixtures for shotcrete”（JC 477—2005）,and it has better adaptability for the cement of different manufacturers. Finally,XRD test method revealed procoagulant mechanism of low-alkali accelerator .
