摘 要:配置3种不同强度等级棉花秸秆水泥基砌块,进行单轴受压试验。研究棉花秸秆水泥基砌块在单轴受压状态下的破坏过程与形态,分析材料抗压强度、弹性模量、泊松比、应力-应变全曲线、峰值应变、极限应变等单轴受压力学性能;提出3种不同强度等级棉花秸秆水泥基砌块材料的应力-应变全曲线本构方程,并与普通混凝土砌块的应力-应变全曲线对比。结果表明:棉花秸秆水泥基砌块材料呈剪切破坏;棉花秸秆在水泥基砌块中的拉结作用提高了材料的残余强度与稳定承载能力;用两段式方程对棉花秸秆水泥基砌块应力-应变全曲线进行拟合的结果与试验结果吻合较好。3 kinds of strength grade of cotton stalks cement-based blocks were manufactured ,the uniaxial compression test was con-ducted.The damage process and form under uniaxial compression condition of cotton stalks cement-based block was studied.The cubic compressive strength,prism compressive strength,elastic modulus,Poisson’s ratio,the whole stress-strain curve,peak strain and ultimate strain under mechanical properties of uniaxial compression were analysed.Constitutive equation of stress-strain full curves of 3 kinds of different strength grade cotton stalks cement block material were put forward and compared with the whole stress-strain curves of ordinary concrete block.The result indicates that the cement-based block material is of shear failure;the reinforce effect of cotton stalks in the ce-ment-based block have enhanced the residual strength and carrying capacity of stability;the results of the whole stress-strain curve of cot-ton stalks cement-based block that fits with a two-part equation are in good agreement with the test results.
