摘  要:麻省理工学院与哈佛大学共建、投资6亿美元的Broad Institute作为在科学研究及管理制度上成功革新的机构,其在目标设计、合作方式、组织构成及协调管理上的创新都具有明显优势.本文分析表明:长期的合作渊源、战略科学家的引领、高水平科学家的汇聚、充足的经费投入、清晰的科研目标定位、模块化的组织模式、丰厚的薪酬待遇、便利的地理位置等是Broad Institute成功的要素.这些经验对我国今后协同创新中心的建设具有一定借鉴意义.Built by MIT and Harvard University, and invested with $600 million, the Broad Institute is very successful in creating a unique cross-institutional and cross-disciplinary culture. It has obvious advantages in its innovation in ob- jective design, cooperation method, organization form and coordination management. The results show that including long history of collaboration, guidance from exceptional and creative scientists, gather of the world-class experts across many disciplines, sufficient research fund, clear scientific target, unique organizational units, generous remuneration and convenient geographic location, all of these are critical elements in this young organization's success. These valua- ble experiences have a certain reference to the development of collaborative innovation center in China.
