研究型大学产学研机构建设的探索与实践

摘　　要：产学研合作是培养人才学以致用的关键环节,拥有一个稳定、高效的产学研机构对研究型大学培养合格的人才意义重大.本文对校企共建产学研机构运行机制与评价机制进行了探讨,并选取了一个典型的产学研机构进行介绍.Industry-university-research （IUR） cooperation is the key section to cultivate talents, so it is important for research-oriented universities to have a stable and efficient IUR institute. It discussed the operational mechanism and appaisal mechanism of the IUR institutes, and introduced a typical IUR institute.
