摘  要:针对平煤股份十二矿软岩巷道变形失稳问题,结合软岩巷道变形失稳特征及该矿实际情况,提出采用预留变形量初步加固—围岩释放压力后二次加固的支护方法。采用UDEC数值模拟初步确定了初次支护后卸压时间,对比了3种常用支护方式的支护效果,最后确定锚网喷+U型拱、底拱的支护方式。现场应用表明,该支护方案有效控制了巷道顶板的下沉和两帮的收敛,取得了预期的支护效果。Aiming at roadways deformation and instability problems of No. 12 Coal Mine in Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Industry Co. , Ltd. , according to the characteristics of the soft rock roadways deformation instability and the practical experiences ,the method of preliminary reiuforcemenl with deformation pre-reserved then reinforcement after surrounding rock pressure being released has been raised. The UDEC numerical simulation was adopted to determine the time of the pressure releasing of the initial supporting. After comparing the supporting effect of three kinds of commonly used supporting measures,bolting and shotcreting with wire mesh + U arch and inverted arch were finally chosen. Field application shows that, the supporting method can control roof subsidence and convergence of the both sides effectively, and has obtained good supporting effects.
