摘　　要：安徽中医药大学中西医临床医学专业(五年制本科)积极探索特色专业建设之路,以培养高素质创新型中西医结合人才为职责和使命,在创新人才培养模式,加强师资队伍建设,深化教学改革,构建创新型实践教学体系,强化实践教学环节,建立完善的监督管理和激励保障机制等方面进行了积极探索与实践,并取得了阶段性成果。The department of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in Anhui University of Chinese Medicine （five years undergraduate） actively explore the peculiar specialty construction road,considering cultivating innovative talents of high quality in the integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine as its duty and mission. Positive exploration and practice in many aspects have been performed and have achieved initial results,including innovating the mode of talent cultivation,strengthening the con-struction of teachers ’ team, deepening the teaching reform, creating the innovative practice teaching system, enhancing the practice teaching,and establishing the perfect supervision management and incentive mechanism.
