摘　　要：结合目前高职学报责任编辑的工作现状,指出责编工作存在的职责定位不清,工作任务繁重的问题,并分析了由此产生的负面影响。提出加强出版行政管理部门的监管和审核力度,提高编辑部级别和编辑待遇,合理配置编辑部人员结构,明确岗位职责,制定合理规章制度,提升责编自身业务能力等解决问题的具体措施。Combining the working status of editors in vocational colleges journals, this paper points out the questions of unclear positioning and heavy work task for editors in charge, then analyzes the negative influence. It proposes concrete measures to deal with these questions, such as strengthening regulation and censorship from publishing administrative department, raising the rank and salary of editor, configuring the structure of editor department rationally, making clear the position responsibility, formulating rational rules and regulations, advancing editors＇ professional ability.
