摘 要:目的探讨磁敏感加权成像(susceptibility weighted imaging,SWI)技术在脑胶质瘤成像中的应用价值。方法30例经病理证实的脑胶质瘤患者,均行MR常规序列扫描(T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR)、SWI扫描及T1WI增强(CE T1WI)扫描,由两位放射科医师共同阅片。将SWI图像与常规序列比较,并结合CT及病理结果进行分析。结果 30例胶质瘤患者中,29例患者的病灶可由单独的SWI序列清楚的显示,其中,SWI序列显示19例肿瘤内有出血(常规MR序列显示8例),17例肿瘤周围有静脉受压移位(常规MR序列未见确切显示),5例胶质瘤内有小静脉血管影(常规MR序列未见显示),2例肿瘤内有钙化(常规MR序列显示欠佳)。结论 SWI在显示肿瘤内出血、肿瘤周围及肿瘤内小静脉血管方面优于常规MR序列,亦可显示肿瘤内钙化,可作为常规MR序列的补充扫描序列。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) on cerebral gliomas. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the images of 30 patients with cerebral gliomas who underwent conventional sequence scan and SWI scan and T1WI enhancement scan. All images were reviewed by two radiologists. Compared the images of SWI and generic MR sequences T1WI,T2W2,FLAIR, combined with CT images and analyzed pathology results. Results Among 30 patients,the lesions of 29 cases could be showed by single SWI sequence, displayed the bleeding in 19 cases (routine MR sequences only showed 8 of them); singe SWI sequence could also display the veins compression and transposition around gliomas in 17 cases and venutes in gliomas of 5 cases while routine MR sequences showed none of them ; singe SWI sequence could also display calcification in 2 cases while routine MR sequences couldn't show them clearly. Conclusion SWI displays the bleeding and veins better than conventional MRI, it can also display calcification. It is a supplementary sequence to diagnose the cerebral gliomas.
