摘 要:目的监测我院ICU感染病原菌的种类及耐药情况并分析,为临床用药提供指导。方法对2012年1-12月ICU送检的标本中分离出的病原菌进行回顾性分析。结果共分离致病菌105株,革兰阴性杆菌(G-)61株占58.10%,革兰阳性球菌(G+)26株占24.76%,真菌18株占17.14%。G-杆菌前5位依次为鲍曼不动杆菌、嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌、铜绿假单胞菌及洋葱伯克霍尔德氏菌、大肠埃希氏菌。G+球菌以耐甲氧西林的金黄色葡萄球菌居首,其次为粪肠球菌。结论 ICU感染病原菌种类复杂,病原菌耐药率较高,可选择的抗生素较少。Objective To investigate the species and drug resistance analysis of pathogenic bacteria infection in ICU of our hospital, to provide guidance for clinical practice. Methods A retrospective analysis of pathogens bacteria from Jan 2012 to Dec 2012 in ICU were collected and analyzed. Results Totally 105 organisms were isolated, which gram negative bacilli were found in 58.10%(61/105), gram positive cocci were present in 24.76%(26/105), and fungi were present in 17.14%(18/105). The top 5 of gram-negative rods were Bauman Acinetobacter, Stenotrophomonas mahophilia, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Burke Holder'onion, Escherichia coli. Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus in gram positive were the first which followed by Enterococcus faecalis. Conclusion The pathogens bacteria in ICU are complex, pathogenic bacteria resistant rate is higer, the agents of choice are less.
