摘　　要：根据对当前主要低碳发展理念和运用技术的研究,提出构建"宏观—中观—微观"的低碳规划实施路径,分别指出了在不同层次的规划中落实低碳发展理念的实施重点,并结合江苏省常州市横山桥镇总体规划进行阐述。Based on the current idea of low carbon development and research of application low carbon low carbon technology, the implementation approaches for ＂macro-medium-micro＂ planning were proposed, the focal points of implementation for carrying out development idea in different levels of planning were pointed out, and they were described in combination with the overall planning of Hengshanqiao town in Changhzou city of Jiangsu province.
