护理人员Braden压疮评估准确性的要因分析及质量控制

摘　　要：目的探讨质量控制对提升护理人员压疮风险意识,降低患者压疮发生率的作用。方法通过头脑风暴找出影响护理人员Braden评估准确性的要因,针对要因采取措施,有计划,分阶段实施,比较分析实施前后护理人员对该评估工具的理论认识、现场应用及评估后的处理情况。结果实施Braden评估准确率质量控制后患者压疮发生率下降;护理人员Braden评估能力与实施前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对护理人员实施Braden评估准确率质量控制,可有效提高压疮评估准确率,从而降低压疮发生的危险。Objective To study the effects of the quality control on promoting the awareness of preventing pressure sores among nursing staff,and lower the incidence of them among patients.Methods The influencing factors of the Braden scale evaluation were identified through brainstorming and countermeasures were taken in a planned way step by step.Then,the theoretical knowledge regarding the scale,field application and post-evaluation reaction before and after the quality control activity were compared.Results The quality control activity significantly lowered the incidence of pressure sores,and improved the accuracy of Braden evaluation among nursing staff （P＜0.01）.Conclusion The quality control activity could improve the correct rate of the Braden evaluation among nurses and is significant for the control and management of pressure sores.
