摘　　要：现代高速线材生产速度高，产品精度高，线材表面质量好，因此轧机轧辊材质选择的主要出发点就是保证线材的表面质量，并根据轧辊材质的特性及各架轧机受力特点选择了相应材质的轧辊。介绍了现代高速线材轧机轧辊材质的选择、注意事项。The first special steel Rolling Production Line for Qingdao I＆S is a landmark project of Qingdao I＆S, in its campaign of adjusting product structure and eliminating outdated processes. It is a specialized production line equipped with contemporary advanced equipment and process flow producing special wire rod mill. The steel rolling line＇ s process flow and characteristics are introduced, together with applications of new processes and new technologies on this line.
