摘 要:目的了解南京钢铁矿业公司在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素,调查该企业接触职业病危害因素工人的健康状况、职业病防护设施、个人防护用品配备和使用情况,以采取有效的防控措施,保护从业人员的身体健康。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康监护等方法。结果该企业主要的职业病危害因素监测合格率:噪声为82.9%,粉尘为63.6%,噪声(个体)为0,粉尘(个体)为75%;接害工人职业健康检查异常检出率为97.91%,以高血压、心电图异常、脂肪肝等为主,未发现与粉尘相关的异常情况。结论该公司作业现场中粉尘和噪声危害较严重,对作业人员的健康造成了一定程度的影响,须加强职业病危害治理和个人防护,切实保护工人的身体健康。[Objective]To understand the occupational hazard factors during the production process in Nanjing Iron and Steel Company,investigate the health status of workers exposed to occupational hazards,analyze the occupational prevention facilities and personal protective equipments,so as to take effective prevention and control measures and protect the health of workers. [Methods]The field occupational health investigation,occupational health testing and occupational health surveillance were performed in this study. [Results]The qualified rates of the main occupational hazards in this company were as follows: noise of 82. 9%,dust of 63.6%,noise( individual) of 0%,and dust( individual) of 75%. The abnormal detection rate of occupational health examination among exposure workers was 97. 91%,and the abnormal indexes mainly included high blood pressure,abnormal electrocardiogram and fatty liver. No abnormality related to dust was found. [Conclusion]Occupational hazards of dust and noise in the company are serious and have had influence on the health of workers,thus it is necessary to take some measures to prevent occupational hazards and strengthen workplace management to protect the health of the workers effectively.
