摘　　要：目的了解南京市民办高校大学生抑郁发生状况,探讨有关影响因素,为制定有针对性的预防和控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用自编问卷和Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)对分层整群随机抽取的正德学院、成贤学院和应天学院的1 095名大学生进行调查分析。结果民办高校大学生抑郁发生率为36.1%。男生的抑郁发生率低于女生,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.54,P<0.05);农村生源的大学生的抑郁发生率高于城市生源(χ2=12.92,P<0.01);不同专业和不同年级的大学生抑郁发生率虽有不同,但差异无统计学意义。多因素非条件logistic回归分析表明,不同性别、不同生源地、是否失恋过、人际关系成为抑郁发生率的重要影响因素。结论民办高校大学生中抑郁发生率较高,并与多种因素相关,需要根据影响因素制定出相应的干预措施。[Objective]To explore the prevalence of depression and it＇s related factors in private college students,and provide scientific evidence for developing targeted prevention and control measures. [Methods]A total of 1 095 private college students from Zhengde College,Chengxian College and Yingtian College were asked to fill out self-developed questionnaire and Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale（ SDS） by the way of stratified cluster sampling. [Results] The prevalence of depression in students of private college was 36. 1%. The incidence of depression of male students was significantly higher than that of female studentsχ^2= 6. 54,P〈0. 05）,students coming from the rural areas higher than urban areas with significant difference（ χ^2= 12. 92,P〈0. 01）. There was no significant difference in incidence between majors or grades. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the depression was closely correlated with the genders,the students coming from different places,being disappointed in love affair or not,interpersonal relations. [Conclusion]The incidence of depression in students of private college is relatively high,and it is related with multiple factors. It is necessary to develop some relevant interventions according to the impact factors.
