摘 要:目的了解苏州市桶装水的藻类污染状况,为桶装水中藻类监测提供参考。方法对5批158件桶装饮用水及1批6件源水进行藻类培养,镜检,分类。结果桶装水中藻类检出率为5.7%;源水中藻类检出率为100%。检出的藻类主要是微囊藻,其次为颤藻和菱形藻。结论藻类对桶装水有安全隐患,建议相关管理部门加强桶装水中藻类检测,作为现行标准检测方法的补充。[Objective]To understand the status of algae pollution in bottled drinking water in Suzhou City,provide reference for monitoring of algae in bottled drinking water. [Methods]158 bottled drinking water samples from 5 batches and 6 source water samples from 1 batch were detected for algae cultivation,microscope observation and classification. [Results]The detection rate of algae in bottled water and source water was 5. 7% and 100% respectively. The algae were dominated by microcystis,followed by oscillatoria and nitzschia. Algae,it seemed to be a potential threat in bottled water. [Conclusion]The management departments are suggested to strengthen the detection of algae in bottled water,and as a supplement to the current standard method of bottled water detection.
