摘　　要：医疗机构放射工作人员是重要的职业照射群体,个人剂量监测是对放射工作人员健康管理的重要内容,是保障放射工作人员健康与安全的主要措施之一。笔者从医疗机构放射工作人员职业性外照射监测依据、职业性外照射的特点、监测对象、个人剂量计的应用、个人剂量监测基本情况和存在的问题几个方面阐述了我国医疗机构放射工作人员职业性外照射个人剂量监测现状和存在的问题,为了解放射工作人员的剂量水平和研究医疗机构放射卫生防护措施提供依据。Medical radiation workers are the important group with occupational radiation exposure. Individual dose monitoring is an important part of health management of radiation workers,and also one of the main measures ensuring their health and safety. This article describes the present status and problems on individual dose monitoring in workers occupationally external exposed to radiation in medical institutions of China from the aspects of monitoring basis,features,monitoring object,the application of personal dosimeters,basic situation of monitoring and existing problem. It also provide evidence for understanding the dose levels of radiation workers and studying radiological protection measures in medical institutions.
