黑龙江省部分规模化奶牛场布鲁菌病血清抗体回顾性检测与示范场净化效果评价

摘　　要：采用间接ELISA、竞争ELISA对2009-2011年采自黑龙江省16个奶牛场的4 830份血清样本进行回顾性检测,并对此期间的2个布鲁菌病净化示范场样本进行验证性检测,以期了解2009-2011年间黑龙江省布鲁菌血清学状况,并对布鲁菌病牛净化示范场的净化效果进行评价。结果显示,2009-2011年间黑龙江省部分规模化奶牛场布鲁菌血清抗体阳性率较低;2个布病净化示范牛场连续三年始终保持在布鲁菌病净化水平;采用"检疫+扑杀"的净化流程后,2个规模化奶牛场达到净化水平,说明其布鲁菌病净化程序具有实践意义,值得推广。To survey the serological situation of Brucella in Heilongjiang Province,and assess the brucellosis eradication effect ondairy cow farms,4830 serum samples,which were collected from sixteen dairy cow farms from 2009 to 2011,were retrospectively testedby indirect ELISA and competitive ELISA for confirmation of eradication of brucellosis. The results demonstrated that the levels of antibodiesagainst brucella were relatively low on some dairy cow farms;two brucellosis dairy cow farms remained at the level of brucellosis eradicationfrom 2009 to 2011;two dairy cow farms reached the level of brucellosis eradication after taking the eradication process of＂quarantine andculling＂. All these data indicate that the eradication process has practical significance and was worthy of promotion.
