复方鱼腥草制剂的体外抑菌及耐药抑制作用研究

摘　　要：为了探讨不同配比复方鱼腥草制剂对耐药金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌和耐药抑制作用,以便为中药耐药抑制剂的开发提供一定的研究基础。采用药敏纸片法和倍比稀释法测定3种不同配比的复方鱼腥草制剂对耐药金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌作用;用琼脂挖孔法和药敏纸片法测定复方鱼腥草制剂对耐药金黄色葡萄球菌的体外耐药抑制作用。结果3种不同配比的复方鱼腥草制剂对耐药金黄色葡萄球菌均有较强的体外抑菌作用,复方鱼腥草制剂配比2对耐药金黄色葡萄球菌具有明显的耐药抑制作用。表明复方鱼腥草制剂对耐药金黄色葡萄球菌有明显的体外抑菌和耐药抑制作用。[Objective] The purpose of this paper was to investigate the antibacterial and resistant to inhibition effects of the different proportions of compound Houttuynia preparation on resistant Staphylococcus aureus in vitro,and provide a basis for further study for the development of traditional Chinese medicine as a drug inhibitor. [Method] Measured the inhibitory effect of three different preparations of compound Houttuynia on resistant Staphylococcus aureus in vitro using susceptibility testing and paper disk method.Determination of Compound Houttuynia preparation on drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus in vitro inhibition by punch method and susceptibility paper disk method. [Results] The three different preparations compound Houttuynia had a strong inhibitory effect on resistant Staphylococcus aureus in vitro. The second compound Houttuynia preparations had obvious drug inhibition on Staphylococcus aureus drug-resistant. [Conclusion] Compound Houttuynia preparation strongly enlargeed antibacterial and suppress drug-resistant on drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus.
