摘　　要：对比分析国际船级社协会(IACS)《协调共同结构规范》(HCSR)与IACS《散货船共同结构规范》(CSR BC)和IACS《双壳油船共同结构规范》(CSR OT)的相关要求,总结HCSR规范的主要变化,结合17艘CSR实船的计算结果归纳出HCSR规范对船舶结构尺寸的影响。The main changes of HCSR rules are summarized by a comparison research among the Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carriers and Oil Tankers （HCSR）, Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carriers （CSR BC ） and Common Structural Rules for Double Hull Oil Tankers （ CSR OT） of International Association of Classification Societies （IACS）. Combining with an analysis of 17 consequence assessment reports of CSR ships, the main scantling impacts of HCSR are pointed out.
