摘 要:依据《船舶与海上设施起重设备规范》(2007)和船舶结构图纸应用有限元方法进行支撑结构强度分析,确定模型范围和计算工况选取载荷和边界条件。对结构应力变形结果进行分析,确定主要破坏载荷和载荷传递的方式及强度不足的部位和原因。通过对结构加强方案进行直接计算,优选出3种满足结构强度和起重机正常工作刚度要求的加强方案,并进行加强方案的有效性分析,得到载荷传递和应力变化规律。从力学性能和施工工艺两方面对3种加强方案进行比较,确定出既满足强度要求又便于施工建造的加强方案。Based on the Rules for Lifting Appliances of Ships and Offshore Installations (2007) of CCS and the structure plans, the model scope, load cases, the loads and boundary condition are determined to carry out the direct strength analysis of the supporting structure. The results of stress and deformation are analyzed to find the members should be strengthened. Through the direct calculate of the strengthen scheme, three schemes which satisfy the requirement of the structure strength and stiffness for crane normal operation are chosen. By comparing the three schemes from the ways of both mechanical properties and construction technology, the final scheme which satisfies the structure strength and is easy to construction was determined.
